The scholarship program that this foundation has in place is for the benefit of Social Contributors who are serving at their own expense in overseas territories. If such a Social Contributor applies to the foundation for assistance through a scholarship and has met the requirements of the foundation, the board of directors of the foundation will review the records, situation and make a decision regarding whether they will receive a scholarship fund or not.
