This foundation has the aim of contributing towards improving the quality of life in local communities both within Japan and abroad. Doing so by building a platform that allows organizations or individuals involved in social and cultural contribution activities to carry out such activities continuously.

This foundation reviews and selects such organizations and individuals as well as specific excellent services performed and present awards or provide grants to those selected. The foundation also has created specific call centers where individuals can be introduced to specialists to help them.
